ive got a question ;) i do 40 mins of crosstraining
+ 20 mins of a bike everyday. Is it good? somebody told me that it's not good because my muscles are getting used to it and i stop losing weight :( same with sit ups - i do 200 everyday. What do you think ?

Whoa, I exercise about 40 minutes on the crosstrainer and I haven't experienced that, hmm... interesting... But the explanations given seem pretty true and safe :)

@ces96 I think u should see a Dr... cuz I do cross training with my daily use sneakers for 50 min and I dont get numb toes .... If u already did just ignore me xD
