@HybridD91 I agree. A balanced diet has alwas been the answer. More fruits and veg-cooked or un cooked, less refined foods, less meat.
Our evolutionary history can be traced to the discovery of fire a million years ago. Cooking meat led to us becoming what we are today

@eldictator1 Eating raw isn't abnormal and neither is eating cooked food but people need to be honest and now basic anthropology lol. Humans wouldn't have survived the Ice Age if it wasn't for cooking food.

@HybridD91 Exactly.Australian aboriginees Collect certain tubars etc from the roots of water plants, that have to be leeched of toxins then cooked for a long time. This is a staple carbohydrate. The crap I hear like "eating raw food is normal,it's what our ancestors did" and "we're not made to drink milk after childhood "

everyone here saying negative comments really are so far off the mark. David seems to be one of the most natural experts in any field of health I've seen and im pretty sure I've done more research & application than any of the naysayers here will ever do. keep your opinions and continue to get the same results you have always gotten..I appreciate david's insight and dedication to living a true life..

@TheSeaboat
ya they also had to hunt for their food and never stopped being physical...that may have somthing to do with it...

@eldictator1 Man have always cooked certain food. Native Americans didn't eat beans raw, they would've gotten poisoned from it. They also ate cornbread, requires heat XD. Some cultures didn't eat meat raw, they cooked it. Some cultures rarely ate meat.

A load of crap. A balanced diet has always been the answer...cooked and un-cooked
The evolution of man has been hand in hand with cooking food. We have smaller molars compared to all other primates because we cook our food, in other words we don't have to chew for longer because we cook food. Carrots release more nutrients when cooked and digested, compared to raw. Our ability to digest meat and gain more nutrients from it means larger brains, less time hunting and the development of humans

@adamberk07 Google it. You can minorly impact your urines PH, but what's the point? Your bloods PH isn't impacted by ingestions, it's impacted by resperation. If you want to see what having a less acidic PH feels like hyperventilate. The question is how would you measure blood PH? Tap an artery?
adamberk07
@MichaelnChristine It seems to me that what we ingest affects our acidity. If I eat 4 grapefruits my ph won't change? |
